Queen of My World

I am Queen of my World.
My word is command!

I am master,
I am my slave.
Ruling over all and none
With crown to wear and staff to hold. Fun!

In despair do I banish
emotions away.
In joy I dance around and sway.
I rule my heart, mind and soul.

I am Queen,
not in part, but whole....

Nice take on 'Q' for this week! And an interesting view of life, too!

On behalf of the team, thanks for taking part in ABC Wednesday this week! :)

'Queen of all that she surveys!' That's the spirit! My Cat Sara would definitely agree with that philosophy!
Nice poem & drawing for Q-week.
Best wishes,

Wow, I have to check out ABC Wednesdays. Found you at Poets United. I, too, am queen of all, but (wink at Anna) only since our cat Missy died.

This is an intriguing concept. Once I free up more time, will definitely join you there. Glad I found you, Muse!

Oh Olivia. That was very sweet of you. Queen indeed! That's the way to run our lives amidst all the turmoil.

I will definitely keep contributing. It's nice to keep writing and sharing one's composition with others and also get around seeing beautiful poetry around you!

Happy Day!
