Combing Away...

You comb
my thoughts
and I yours.
Each strand combed
a path cleared.
Each strand untangled
a wound healed.

You comb
my way out
of the chaos
and I do the same.
Every combing gesture
a step forward to joy,
a moment to forthcoming contentment.

All in that one act of combing.....

This is very beautiful, and really speaks to me....reading all of the voices in this community of poets definitely energizes and sparks my work. I think we need that stimulation to keep the well from going dry. Wonderful poem.
