the powerful image of the monkey god-
Lord Hanuman.
As every holy bead rolled over
by the devout finger
of a spiritual mind
gathering symbolic vibrations
of love, devotion and grace.
The mace,
the mountain,
the leaping image over lake and fountain
only strengthened
faith wound around
beautiful beads of belief.
I hold the rosary
in my trusting twines
of twirling thought
only to discover the Lord!
