Eternity -

an emotion,

not a situation

as permanent as it may sound.

Eternity -

a state of mind,

not a place to reside forever,

as attractive as it may appear.

a longing,

a desire,

a provocation to reform, to live better...

for now.

Echoing Reflections!

If only nature was 

a picture frame-

perfect,

wouldn't it echo my thoughts

imperfectly?

Reflecting joy

when sorrow pervaded my soul,

Celebrating 

when hurt edged into my very being!

No wonder

floods and famines,

poverty and illness

echo the reality

of life,

of living itself

in all its eternity.
